Our Programs & Services

24/7 Residential Group Home· • Fully furnished home with 3 private bedrooms· • On-site staff supervision 24/7, including awake overnight staff· • Trauma-informed behavioral support· • Daily structure and individualized goal plans· • Medication administration and case documentation

🎓 Educational Support & School Re-engagement

Liaison with DSBN/Local school boards· • Academic advocacy and credit recovery planning· • Homework help and tutoring referrals· • School-readiness and re-integration strategies

💬 Mental Health & Counselling Access

Linkages with community mental health services· • Support with ADHD, depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma· • On-site visits from social workers, youth workers, or therapists (based on referral)

🧳 Life Skills & Transition Planning

Cooking, budgeting, personal hygiene, and cleaning routines· • Conflict resolution, communication, and boundaries training· • Preparation for semi-independence or reintegration with family

👨‍👩‍👧 Family Engagement
