We provide a full-time, 24/7 residential care in a supportive structured environment, working closely with families and service providers to meet each youth's individual needs and promote long term stability and well-being.

• Academic advocacy and credit recovery planning· • Homework help and tutoring referrals· • School-readiness and re-integration strategies

💬 Mental Health & Counselling Access

Linkages with community mental health services· • Support with ADHD, depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma· • On-site visits from social workers, youth workers, or therapists (based on referral)

🧳 Life Skills & Transition Planning

Cooking, budgeting, personal hygiene, and cleaning routines· • Conflict resolution, communication, and boundaries training· • Preparation for semi-independence or reintegration with family
